Basic Identification Analysis

Identify the Primary Substances in Your Sample

This method is ideal for identifying what your substance is, and avoiding potential mislabelings or mistaken identifications. This method identifies the primary components within your sample, and other possible primary substances (adulterants) that make up >20% (m/m) of the sample.  This method will NOT detect compounds in very small amounts (trace impurities and potent adulterants in microgram amounts).

This method is NOT recommended for pills, due to the large amount of excipients and low level of active substance. MDMA/Ecstasy pills are the exception, and can typically be identified with this method.
